I had a lovely day in London yesterday.

Late start as I’m still not 100%.

No real plan so started in Tottenham Court Road station and found some huge screens showing all sorts, I watched them while trying to remember where the new roof garden was only to realise it was closed!!! 4pm too late!!!

So I decided to walk to carnaby street to see the Christmas lights and got lost in soho!!!

Eventually found carnaby street!!

The soho mural and the John snow cholera pump.

Next I walked down regent Street and saw some amazing window displays and then I got lost again trying to find Tesco express, but so pleased I did get lost as I would never of found all the expensive shops like Tiffany’s and seen there amazing Christmas displays.

Eventually I found Tesco Express and grabbed dinner and headed to the Olivier theatre, via Waterloo station where I found the new wind-rush statue.

Of cause I had to find the Olivier theatre first and walked straight past it but did find a lovely Christmas market. I have decided google maps was having a bad day!!!

Treated myself to a glass of cider at the theatre £5.50 as they had no £5 programmes.

Hex was brilliant seat A31 paid £20 restricted view and a narrow seat. It was a fantastic seat for the money and the show was spectacular, sleeping beauty with a twist. Well worth seeing.

It was then the mad rush to the station managed to get food and wine at Tesco and get the 22.45!!! Train.

Met some lovely people on the train and unfortunately met a man who was extremely drunk and vomited all over the table and seat next to him!!!!

Don’t worry no photos of that trust me no one needs to see that again!!!!

Eventually made it to Worthing where I made sure my drunk sleeping friend got off the train with all his belongings, left him on the station platform to work out how he was going to get home.

He said he was going to get a taxi......good luck to the taxi driver!!!

Had a fantastic day walked 8 miles
