Yesterday was a fantastic day. Went to London with a friend

We started the day at the thin house in Kensington, then it was on to the natural history museum.

Found a beautiful and poignant memorial on the way and a strange concrete/wood building??

Eventually made it to the natural history museum DIPPY!!! Is back!!!!

We had to go and see him 🤣😂 it was his first day on show and it was fantastic to him again!!!

After dippy we wondered round the museum looking at all the architecture, we have both been to the natural history museum a lot and we know the exhibits very well but it was lovely walking around looking at the building, it’s a magnificent place and it’s got dinosaurs 🦕 🦖

After we jumped the train to Earl’s Court to see the police tardis.

Then it was on to Paddington station to find Paddington bear on platform 1 only to find out he has moved to near platform 12!! But we found him!!!

We then jumped on the new Elizabeth line!!!! From Paddington to Tottenham Court Road. From the second the train stated moving to when it stopped it took 4mins. The train was so quiet and wonderful cool!!!

We then went to Lidl and McDonald’s and grabbed dinner and jumped on the train to embankment where we sat in Victoria gardens and ate dinner drinking wine and coffee 🤪🤪

Eventually it was time to move towards the theater.

We saw the sewer lamp and the savoy hotel. Did you know that the roundabout at the savoy is the only one that you drive around backwards.

Eventually we made it to Cinderella. Oh my what a fantastic show. I am so pleased I got to see it.

We had seats A27/28 in the circle, paid £25 reduced from £40 I think.

If you're expecting a Disney show like frozen you will be disappointed, this is an adult show with adult humour and themes. I loved it!!!

Ended up on the last train home and eventually rolled home at 1am!!!!

Walked 7 and a half miles.
