Well what a day!!!!

Messed up on the trains, 100% my fault I was looking at trains from Victoria to Worthing trains!!!

Not the other way around, did wonder why they were so up the spout!!! But made the 12.05 while trying to get the 12.25 which didn’t exist!!!

So started at Victoria, around 01.30ish jumped the tube to old street because a facebook post said there was a new Star Wars graffiti art!!!I mean it is may the 4th so why not and I love Star Wars!!! it all went wrong from there!!!

A simple 3min walk took 20mins, yes I got lost!!!! Again, but in my defence there were a ton of road works and diversions!!! On the up side I found some amazing graffiti art that I wouldn’t of seen had I not got lost!!!Eventually I found the new Star Wars graffiti art which was stunning definitely worth the walk.

Now running late I had 30 mins to make the London eye, third time lucky!!

Made it only 3mins late!!! but it took 10 mins to get through security and the queue!!! What a view, it was hazy but boy were the views good.

I’m lucky I have a Merlin pass so I can go again and again!!!! until November when it runs out and I definitely plan to go again on a clearer day!!

Whilst on the eye I noticed the lions and horses heads on the side of the Thames and a strange statue that from a distance looked like a woman giving birth!!!! Yep had to investigate!! Ended up walking round a building and finding lots of statues??? Which lead me to opposite St Thomas hospital, the fountain was going so I had to go see!!! (Due to covid it’s been turned off) decided to have a sit down looking at the Houses of Parliament and drink a ton of water and of cause get a refill (free) at the hospital and use the toilet!!!!

It was then a quick walk over the bridge to Westminster station where I jumped on the tube to embankment and popped to my favourite McDonald’s and my favourite seat was free!!

Fed and watered I went to Leicester Square and took pictures of the movie walk statues, needed them for a tictoc video, yep still learning this whole tictoc and instagram thing!!!!

FYI tictoc name is falcons319@ and instagram is falconsa319, some bugger already had my falcons319 which I have been using for over 15 years!!! you snooze you loose!!!

After I sat for a bit and watched the world go by and eventually it was time for Bonnie and Clyde.

Seat front row AA8 paid £30 reduced from £42.

Whow what a show it was fantastic definitely one to see!!!and amazing leg room!!!

Then the journey home!!! Last week it was musical chairs this week it was musical trains!!!

Food and wine grabbed, on the way, definitely a good idea, because the trains are..... a mess I didn’t know this until I made it to Victoria.

Found a friend at Victoria and we journeyed home together!!

It was lovely having a natter and a catch up and we may of demolished a whole bottle of wine between us!!!

No idea why the trains were such a mess.

Loads cancelled, so we got on the first train to Brighton that we could find, realised that the train to Worthing was just behind us so got off at east Croydon and walked up the stairs to change platforms and walked back down the stairs as i messed up!!! Yep train was on the opposite platform!!! Jumped on and realised it was the Chichester train.... decided to have some more wine and get to Gatwick and change trains again!!!

Eventually got on the Worthing train and made it home by 1am!!!

We could of stayed at Victoria and just got the Worthing train from there, but who knew what would happen to the trains!!! So many had been cancelled it was a right mess!!!

Trains are definitely a law unto themselves!!!!!

It was fantastic seeing my friend and so nice to have a travel companion!!!!!

All in all it was a fantastic day walked 8.5 miles.
